• Prediction market data from third-party platforms (e.g., Polymarket)
• AI-generated analysis, summaries, and signals based on publicly available data
• Geopolitical conflict monitoring dashboards
• Portfolio tracking tools for authenticated users

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" for informational and educational purposes only.

• Chat responses in the TREND AI chat feature

All AI-generated content should be independently verified before reliance. TREND AI outputs are experimental and should not be treated as authoritative sources.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 16 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

5. Accounts and Authentication

Certain features of the Service require you to create an account. Currently, authentication is provided via Google OAuth only. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your Google account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access at trndmoney@gmail.com

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Scrape, crawl, or excessively automate access to the Service (beyond reasonable personal use)
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use the Service to provide investment advisory services to third parties without attribution

• Impersonate Trend or its team members

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, design, branding, logos, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive intellectual property of Trend. The source code, databases, and proprietary algorithms are protected by copyright and trade secret laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, or sell any material from the Service without express written permission.

You may share individual screenshots, charts, or data points from the Service for personal, editorial, or academic purposes with proper attribution to Trend (trendmoney.biz).

8. Third-Party Links and Services

The Service may display or link to third-party websites, services, data feeds, and content (including but not limited to CoinGecko, Yahoo Finance, Polymarket, YouTube, Telegram, and news publishers). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party service.

Inclusion of any third-party content or links does not imply endorsement. You access third-party services at your own risk.

9. Data Accuracy and Availability

While we strive for accuracy, we make no guarantees about the correctness, completeness, or timeliness of any data displayed on the Service. Market data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. News articles may contain errors from their original sources. Geo-located events may be imprecise.

The Service may experience downtime, maintenance windows, or data interruptions. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.

10. Portfolio Tracker

The portfolio tracking feature allows authenticated users to manually enter holdings for tracking purposes. Data entered into the portfolio tracker is encrypted and stored for your convenience only.

Trend does not execute trades, hold assets, or connect to any exchange or wallet. The portfolio tracker is a read-only logging tool. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of data you enter.

11. Donations

The Service may display cryptocurrency donation addresses. Donations are voluntary, non-refundable, and go toward supporting the development and operation costs of Trend (hosting, API subscriptions, AI compute, development). Donating does not grant ownership, equity, voting rights, or special access to the Service.

12. Advertisements

The Service may display advertisements served by Google AdSense or other advertising networks. Advertisements are clearly labeled and are separate from editorial content. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any advertised product or service.

13. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.

14. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

15. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Trend and its licensors, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual property or privacy rights; and (d) any claims that your use of the Service caused damage to a third party.

16. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The courts of Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Service.

18. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where feasible, by notifying users via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the changes.
